The RUNWAY RUN SERIES - It's called a RUNway for a reason! The Series includes Cornelia Fort Airpark, Pearson International Airport and Laredo International Airport, which combined are expected to host over 8,000 participants and spectators in total. Don’t miss your chance to run on the runway and be part of this unique event experience.

Have you ever been on an airplane, looked out the window and said, "How cool would it be to run on the runway?" The RUNWAY RUN SERIES lets you do just that, run the runway of three historic airports in North America. The series kicks off in October at Cornelia Fort Airpark, followed by Pearson International Airport (YYZ) in June. The final destination in the series is in Texas, where you will have the unique opportunity to run on the main runway of the Laredo International Airport.

The 1st annual Music City Runway Run - An Inaugural 5K! The Music City Runway Run will take place on Sunday, October 18. Both runners and spectators will experience an opportunity to run on the main runway 22 in Nashville!  The event location is as unique as the 5K course, the event is hosted at the 150,000 sq.ft. tarmac, right on the main 22 runway.

Home to the busiest general aviation airports in Ontario, serving corporate, recreational, flight training, and governmental agency activities, Pearson International Airport provides the biggest runway of the 2026 Runway Run Series. This race will be hosted at the main hanger, along the 15R 33L Runway. the Airport Authority serves as a tribute to those aviators and veterans who pioneered civilian and military aviation.
